Interlachen Financial Group is a commercial mortgage banking firm based in Orlando, Florida. At Interlachen, we help secure permanent financing nationwide for our borrower-clients. We’ve been in business over 30 years and currently have approximately $2 billion in commercial mortgages on our books for which we service in-house on behalf of our lenders and borrowers.
We primarily work as correspondents for Life Insurance Companies that we have established relationships with, to provide long-term, fixed-rate financing, non-recourse. We also provide financing through construction loans, bridge loans and CMBS.
