Available Credit-Anchored Program

Because we maintain well-established alliances with a broad array of highly competitive financing sources, if a proposed project meets certain criteria, our select lenders will make a forward commitment and execute tri-party agreements with a borrower’s construction lender.

The following terms are available:

Twelve month forward commit funding Immediate rate lock

Immediate rate lock

Fully amortizing loan for a term equal to the base term of the lease

Non-recourse and assumable

Par (no commitment fee) to lender
