C. Baxter Bode
The company’s founder, Baxter has been active in the mortgage industry since 1985 after earning his MBA from Vanderbilt University, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. He received his combined undergraduate degree in Math and Economics from Rollins College in 1982.
Thomas G. Alday, III
Tom has been active in real estate since 1983. He has worked in the appraisal, real estate consulting and development segments of the industry. In 1982 he received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from Rollins College.
Robert W. Olsen, Jr.
Bob has been active in the mortgage business since 1978 and is Interlachen's primary loan underwriter. He graduated from Mercer University in 1976 with a degree in Economics. In addition to mortgage activities, Bob is actively involved in equity transactions.
John has been active in the Florida real estate market since 1987. He has worked in the commercial real estate finance and apartment development segments of the industry. In 1986 he received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
Chris has been active in team development and training since 2007. He has worked in wealth management and business development since graduating Rollins College in 2011 with an Organizational Communication and Marketing degree.
Ben joined the company in 2015 and is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and originating loans at Interlachen. Since joining, Ben has worked on commercial mortgage transactions involving retail, industrial, multi-family, office, and medical properties. Ben, a Georgia native, received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School at Rollins College. In his spare time, Ben enjoys fishing, golfing, and playing tennis. Ben is a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida.
